GreenTronic®, developed by Teufl GmbH, is an active control system for the “New Speed” mulching head from Energreen.

GreenTronic® automatically controls the inclination and working height of the mulching head, ensuring consistent ground contact at all times. This protects both the material and the ground surface. Continuous manual readjustment by the operator is no longer necessary, allowing for more relaxed operation and greater attention to road traffic.

GreenTronic® is activated easily at the push of a button. Angle sensors on the support roller continuously transmit data to the control unit, which calculates the optimal position of the mulching head within fractions of a second. The hydraulic control system is then instructed just as quickly to adjust the inclination and height of the mulching head via the lifting cylinders in the telescopic arm.

The operator can deactivate GreenTronic® at any time by pressing the button again, allowing the mulching head to be controlled manually.
