About Teufl
Teufl GmbH is a family-owned company based in Krustetten, on the edge of the Wachau UNESCO World Heritage Site, in the heart of Lower Austria.
The company was founded in 2009 by Bernhard Teufl, who still manages the business today. What began as a company focused on the production and trade of wood chips soon expanded to include muicipal services.
Always in search of innovative, efficient, and high-quality solutions, Bernhard Teufl discovered Energreen at a trade fair in 2010. The first machine was imported in 2011 and quickly proved its worth. The fleet grew steadily, and the unique machines soon attracted significant attention within the industry. In 2013, Bernhard Teufl decided to take over the distribution of Energreen in Austria.
Over time, the machinery business was expanded to include the import and distribution of various accessory brands in the fields of forestry, green space maintenance, and agriculture.
Through hands-on experience gained from daily service operations, the company acquires valuable insights that help further improve quality and efficiency in customer support. In addition, new ideas for enhancing the machines and their applications are continuously developed. These lead to in-house innovations that will soon be launched on the market under the brand name GreenTronic®.
